At Jane Boyd Achievement Academy, specific in-kind donations can help keep programs supplied with necessary items.
Lined paper, wide-ruled notebooks, folders, pencils, markers, erasers, sketch paper, construction paper, glue, glue sticks, scissors, brown paper bags, stickers, calculators, masking tape, clear tape, Clorox wipes, large bottles hand sanitizer, paper towels and facial tissues.
New or gently-used youth swim suits sizes 4 through 14/16, gently used or new towels, new flip flops, sunscreen SPF 100, Bug Soother brand bug spray, non-perishable pre-packaged snacks, fans for classrooms, backpacks, heavy-duty binders (at least 2-inches thick), PG-rated DVDs, permanent markers, gift cards for project and craft supplies.
At the Harambee House, specific in-kind donations can help provide children and families with basic necessities.

If you have a family member or friend whose life has been touched by Jane Boyd, we would consider it to be a privilege to be your choice when considering where to give a gift in honor of that person. Memoriam and honorarium gifts can be made online or by mail.
Many of the children and families we serve come to us with very little. Whether it is a donation of clothing that your children have outgrown or an interview suit that helps a parent working toward financial stability, in kind gifts have a big impact on those we serve.

Small items can be dropped off Monday – Friday during regular business hours at the Harrambee House, 404 17th St SE.
