PATHS Program

The PATHS program assists parents and young adults who are unemployed or underemployed to develop new skills and increase their earning potential.

The PATHS program provides these opportunities through career exploration, job skills training classes and a supervised work experience. Since the program’s inception in 2013, over 200 individuals have received assistance and preparation for successful employment.

PATHS works with a variety of community partners who participate as both mentors and job sites for participants, some of who have been hired as permanent employees following successful completion of their work experience.
