Providing a safe and stable home for your children is very important to you as a parent. We know you want to be able to consistently achieve this goal on your own.
The Jane Boyd Family Support Program operates out of the Harambee House providing community-based services for parents with children under the age of 18. Family Support workers assist families in designing their individual plans to become self sufficient through housing supports, parenting capacity and meeting their basic needs by building family and a community support network.
This service is available at no charge.
You can sign up if you:
You’ll partner with a Community Service Specialist who will meet with you for 9-12 months to assist with goal setting and navigating community resources.

Your worker will help you set realistic goals for success.
Options within Jane Boyd, Four Oaks and other community options will be considered.
The frequency of the meetings will be based on your family's needs.
