Four Oaks’ I-LEAD team recently celebrated the graduation of its first cohort of participants. The intention of I-LEAD is to “foster the next generation of leaders through mentoring and training that moves the Enterprise to sustaining its viability in the future”.

"This group came together as strangers with the same goal to better themselves. I would like to congratulate each of them on their continued growth and development in leadership", stated Tim Cart.
